Description

Tensegrity Trainer package includes patented Breathboard, two high-density foam pads for body support, two rollers for support under lower legs and at the back of the head, and user instructions. Our patent-pending Tensegrity Trainer package strives to meet high standards for durability, made in the USA quality, and environmental stewardship.

The ultra-low profile of Breathboard allows for placing it under body torso above the hips, as shown in video of Tensegrity Trainer use. The lower base plate and upper spring plate of Breathboard are cut from high-density engineered wood made of Pennsylvania oak fiber and formaldehyde-free resins in a Pennsylvania mill operating for over 100 years. These boards have exceptional tensile-strength that plastics cannot match, and have proven their durability for ‘standing’ use of the Breathboard as described in US patent 10179261. Three stainless-steel springs are used to provide a ‘rebounding’ capability over a wide weight range. Included are two sheets of high-density 100% polyurethane foam (each sheet is 15x17x1 inches). This long-lasting hypo-allergenic foam is made in Wisconsin USA by a certified Women’s Business Enterprise with agricultural material (agri-based foam). The balancing support of this foam offers superb comfort! One sheet placed under back and shoulders will cover the entire Breathboard, while the other sheet can be placed on floor under the hips. A standard size pillow case or cloth covering (not included) can be an effective ‘dust cover’.

Included is a legs roller, 16 inches in length and 6 inches in total diameter. Made in Pennsylvania USA for exercising bodies, and containing only 100% recycled paper and water-resistant glue. This sturdy strong roller replaces dense foam roller that’s shown in video of Tensegrity Trainer use. Note that for added comfort while supporting the legs, a segment of high-density foam (cut with scissors) can be placed where the legs rest on the roller.

Included is a foam roller, 12 inches in length and 3.25 inches in total diameter. This roller has a hollow core for flexible support of the head and replaces the larger solid-core roller for the head that is shown in video of Tensegrity Trainer use. Note that for added comfort or to elevate the head while viewing a video screen, a foam pillow (not included) can be placed under the roller which is supporting the back of the head. This combo of a pillow + the roller supporting head can provide maximal flexibility and comfort. A larger roller of your own choosing, if desired, can be used in combination with a pillow.
