Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Only the Tensegrity Trainer Package is offered for sale at this time. The body cushioning foam and rollers components of the package meet the manufacturers high standards for quality, and are included ‘as-is’ within the package. Our refund and returns policy applies only if BreathBoard component of the Tensegrity Trainer Package is found by us to be defective. The rugged materials for BreathBoard construction, unlike ‘molded plastic’ materials, may show minor surface imperfections. Each Breathboard is constructed for long-lasting use over many years resulting in only minimal surface wear. However, the Breathboard should only be used to support the back and shoulders of a user of the Tensegrity Trainer, as is featured on this website and is described in the instructions for using the Tensegrity Trainer. We offer an opportunity for unparalleled learning experiences, in addition to a durable and thoughtfully constructed product. If more 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return of a BreathBoard, we require a receipt or proof of purchase before we provide instructions for shipping a defective BreathBoard to us. Please note that we cannot guarantee our receipt of your return and that you will be required to arrange for and to pay for the return shipment, unless proof of a defective BreathBoard can reasonably be established without a return.

There are certain situations where a refund or exchange may not be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition due to damage caused by the shipping carrier, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

If you are approved, then another Breathboard will be shipped to you or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first examine your account with the credit card company or method of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@niacitrate.com.

If the Tensegrity Trainer Package was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an exchange following your return of a defective BreathBoard. Once the returned is received and accepted as defective, another BreathBoard will be shipped to you.

If the Tensegrity Trainer Package wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will after receiving your return and proof of purchase, then accepting it as being defective, also ship an exchange to you.
